Though CBD extraction through olive oil has been attempted, it has never been done on a large scale. Olive oil is not a suitable solvent for Extraction CBD , and the resulting oil does not compare favorably to commercially available CBD oil. Decarboxylating hemp is the initial stage in this procedure. The activation of various cannabinoids is achieved through a simple procedure known as decarbing (or decarboxylation), which involves heating up ground cannabis flower to a certain temperature. The hemp for the extraction is decarboxylated, and then the plant material is diffused in hot olive oil.
